Do I need to buy new hardware to use eTIMS?
Not necessarily. Many businesses can use our software-only solution on existing computers, tablets, or smartphones. If your current ETR is outdated or non-compliant, we offer affordable KRA-approved devices (ETRs, fiscal printers, POS terminals) and bundles.
What is the difference between TIMS and eTIMS?
TIMS (Tax Invoice Management System) required specific hardware devices and was mainly for VAT-registered businesses. eTIMS is the newer, more flexible system that allows software-based invoicing (on phones, computers, or integrated POS/ERP) and covers all businesses, including non-VAT registered ones.
Are your devices and solutions officially approved by KRA?
Yes. All hardware and integration solutions we provide are KRA-approved and listed on the official KRA eTIMS integrator/partner ecosystem.
What happens if I don’t onboard eTIMS on time?
From 1 September 2023 (with extensions for some categories), non-compliant businesses face penalties including rejection of expense deductions for income tax, fines, and potential trading restrictions. We help you avoid this with fast, reliable onboarding.
